Departure from PubliGroupe Board of Directors
Michaela Stöckli, who has been a Member of the Board of Directors of PubliGroupe since 2004 has announced that new professional obligations mean she will be stepping down from the Board at the General Meeting of Shareholders at the end of April 2010.
The Board of Directors regrets Michaela Stöckli's departure and thanks her for her years of commitment to PubliGroupe. At the appropriate time the Board will put a proposal about replacing Ms Stöckli to the General Meeting.
