Constitution of PubliGroupe's Board of Directors

At its first meeting since the company's AGM on 30 April 2008, the Board of Directors of PubliGroupe constituted itself as follows:


  • The Chairman of the Board of Directors is Philippe Pidoux.
  • Jean-Pierre Jeannet is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
  • The Audit Committee is chaired by Christian Budry.
  • The Nominations and Remuneration Committee is chaired by Peter Brunner.
  • The Strategy Control Committee is chaired by Pascal Böni.
