Working at PubliGroupe

PubliGroupe currently employs around 2,800 persons worldwide. 2000 of them work in Switzerland and around 800 in almost every part of the world (see addresses).

PubliGroupe provides considerable incentives for Switzerland as a place of education. Around 40 per cent of our staff have taken courses of basic and further education at universities and specialised institutes (e.g. SAWI). Each year, our business takes more than 100 apprentices and employs a similar number of trainees.

The proportion of women employed by PubliGroupe in Switzerland is above 40 per cent (2005). On the management side, women currently represent 27 per cent of the total (against 13 per cent in the year 2000).
