Staff Survey

In 2010, we carried out a third staff survey, following those in 2006 and 2008. We are pleased to note that the return rate of 72% is high compared to other similar internal surveys.

Each entity analyzes its own results and sets up an action plan in order to improve the relevant topics. These action plans are followed up on and the main measures are published on the Intranet.

In the 2010 survey, PubliGroupe employees expressed their satisfaction with their work environment as well as increased commitment to their work.

The goal-oriented behavior (motivation) resulting from these factors also reached a good level. It is heartening to observe that both the work itself and the working environment are regularly rated very highly.
